- Your contact information, including name, email address, and (optionally) company or organization
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. We will provide information about this process upon request. Please contact us at the email address listed on this page.
Repeat Infringers
Mangen maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine that the user has repeatedly infringed on the intellectual property rights of others.
